The process of property listing in EquitEdge is as follows

1. Provide complete details about your property along with title deed documents
2. EquitEdge will perform all legal verification of the properties and fix value of the property and eligible investment amount
3. Once approved, property owners can decide on the window period start date, end date, lock in duration, buy-back guarantee(if provided) and rental period start date. 
4. Property owner will have a minimum stake on the property and the remaining investment amount is provided for investors. 
5. Property is listed for investment
6. If funding is complete, SPV is formed and the property ownership is transferred to SPV
7. After deducting the platform fees and SPV formation charges, the fund is transferred to the property owner.
